DEBBIE MONTIS

As the Chief Operations Officer of MVP & Associates – 7 Figure Speaking Empire, Debbie Montis capably steers the course of one of the industry’s top Speaker Training organizations. Her focus on the development and implementation of solid processes and infrastructure, have allowed the company to experience tremendous growth, without losing its ability to personally embrace each and every client. Leonard Mello is quickly becoming a force to be reckoned with in the Internet Marketing field. Leonard was only recently introduced to the field of entrepreneurial endeavors & Internet Marketing as of 2011. He was unaware of it’s phenomenal potential. After reading Think & Grow Rich, he was instantly hooked; it was as if an empty void had finally been filled after years of searching high & low for his true passion. Almost as if by Divine Design, Napoleon Hill’s hidden manuscript Outwitting The Devil presented itself, and since Hill’s writing style resonated so much with him, Leonard instantly made it his next read.

It has always been Leonard’s goal to help others grow to their maximum potential, personally & financially. Originally hailing from New England he became a ‘drifter’ after graduating high school in 2001 with honors.
